A Covid questionnaire will be sent to your email address 48 hours prior to your appointment. This should be filled out before arriving. Please reschedule your appointment if you’re showing any signs and symptoms. Medical masks are required for the duration of the treatment. We ask that you sanitize your hands upon arrival.

WHERE DO I PARK?

There is ample street parking on either FIr Street or 6th Avenue. Some locations have 2 hour free parking. The paid meter parking outside the building is easy and convenient.We suggest downloading PayByPhone Parking App before attending your appointment.

DIRECT BILLING?

We direct bill to Pacific Blue Cross, Sunlife and ETelus Health Portal.
