CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are not able to make your appointment for any reason please notify us by phone, text or email at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. In the absence of 24 hour notice, you will be charged for the full cost of your treatment unless we are able to fill your appointment with another patient. In which case you will not be charged. You will be required to pay for any treatment related fees which have not been or are not covered by your health insurance. There will be a cancellation fee applied to your account for missed appointments without notification. Exceptions are made for illness or emergencies.
NO SHOWS
Your appointment time has been reserved especially for you. In courtesy to your Therapist time and all our fellow patients, we require that you provide us with 24 hours notice of any cancellation or change to your appointment time. In an event where you do not show up without notice, you will have an outstanding balance on your account and will be charged for your missed appointment.
LATE ARRIVALS
Please understand if you arrive late to your appointment the Therapist will provide treatment for the remaining time of your session and will not be reducing the fee. Due to tightly booked schedules, we are unable to extend appointments beyond the originally specified time.
CONTACTLESS BILLING
Online payments are accepted through e-transfers payable to: manawellnessrmt@gmail,com
We can direct bill the credit card on file associated to your profile through Jane App.
You can also use a credit card or debit through our square device or cash if you prefer.
